How do I place my order?

At we sell Gourmet products. These can be found in the drop down menu “Products”.

Buying your favourite ham at is quick, easy and very intuitive:

  1. Select your favourite ham from the “Products” menu, here you can choose between “Serrano”, “Ibérico” or “Jamón selección gourmet”.
  2. Within each of the above, you can select the different product options, for example “Cebo de campo” within the Iberian ham.
  3. Then, within the product you choose a “weight range” and a “format” (whole / sliced / boneless)
  4. Go to your shopping cart, fill in the required fields and place your order.
When will I get my order?

We know you are anxious to receive your order at However, you don’t have to worry, as the average delivery time for all our orders is24 or 48 hours.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email from our shipping partner: TIPSA or GLS (mostly).

Do you accept cash-on-delivery?

Yes. You can pay in cash on delivery of your order.

This payment method is selected in the shopping cart at checkout.

The delivery agency has a small handling fee.

What should I do if the product has a defect or I don't like it?

At we have a very clear return policy.

First and foremost, we are committed to offering the highest quality of our products. That is why, if you are not satisfied, you will have 14 calendar days to return your order. Where can I find product certification?

To guarantee the excellent quality that we offer at, you can find the certification of the Iberian products in their corresponding product files. You will find it in the “Certifications” section, next to the ratings.

The ham itself always carries a label from the producer with the unique health registration, where the last 2 letters indicate its origin. For example, SA for Salamanca.

This label also bears the Iberian certification number, in the case of a product with these characteristics.

Of course, all Iberian ham is sent with its health seal, in accordance with the “Real Decreto 4/2014, de 10 de enero, por el que se aprueba la norma de calidad para la carne, el jamón, la paleta y la caña de lomo ibérico.”.

How should I preserve my ham?

The best technique for storing your ham is to cover it with its own fat after each cut. If you have already got rid of the fat, cover the cut with film and it will keep in perfect condition for a couple of days.

It is important to remember that the ham should be kept in a cool, dry place, as temperature changes are not good.

What are the white dots on my ham?

Those little white spots that may appear on your ham are crystallisations of tyrosine. These elements are part of the maturation of the sausages and are a sign of an artisan, slow and natural curing process.
